Chancery Hill Collection is developed by Sustained Land, a Singapore-based property developer established in 2006. On its own website, the developer says it has completed nearly 20 projects in 19 years, across 8 prime districts, and that all of its developments have sold out.

Its portfolio page lists The Sen, Sky Everton, One Meyer, 3 Cuscaden, Sturdee Residences, Coastline Residences, Casa Al Mare, Tre Residences, The Poiz, 8M Residences, Sea Horizon, Regent Residences, 38 iSuites, Suites de Laurel, Tivoli Grande and Coastal Breeze Residences. These are condominium, executive condominium and mixed-use projects. Chancery Hill Collection is a landed collection, which is a different kind of build.

What this means for you

A developer's track record tells you they finish what they start. It doesn't tell you how one particular house will be finished. For a landed home, I'd look closely at the specifications list, the floor plans and the payment schedule, and I'd visit the site to see progress. You can also look up past projects on BCA's Quality Housing Portal, which shows the developer's construction quality scores.
